"Highly recommend! First, the views from the train are incredible. Second, the food is very very good and you will definitely gain some weight. 3 meals a day that are all to die for. Wednesday and Saturday dinners are very special and highly recommend. Last, the safaris are at 4:30am and 4:30pm. The drives are fun and have great wildlife viewing. Can see the big five in 3 days or less. We stayed for 7 days and it was amazing!!! Very relaxing and they treat you like royalty "

"The rooms were lovely and the staff were for the most part friendly however at this price point the lack of attention to detail was not acceptable. Room snacks were inadequate and not replentished daily. Personal amenities not replenished daily. Food was good but the menu needs work: no pork served (if you want to serve Halal that should be an option, not the norm), one day lunch was all salads but the next no salads, bread served with first dinner but not the remaining ones, Hotels.com amenities do not match hotel website amenities, Cheese platter served without biscuits, some days poolside service but others we had to look for service. I have stayed at other hotels in the area that were better. At the price, I expect exceptional, not ordinary."

They take care of your EVERY need. It’s a beautiful property with amazing people. We saw more animals and had more exciting adventures than e could have ever expected. "

"My family and I stayed in one of the two-bedroom chalets. The property was clean and well maintained. Dining at the resort restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Overall a very comfortable night's stay."
