"The hotel is close to the centre of town and just a few minutes walk from the market. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room has little natural light. Shower was excellent but I missed a reading light for the bed. Staff were welcoming and helpful and responded rapidly when something wasn't right."

Estranhamos apenas que das 5 diárias que ficamos, chegamos com o quarto limpo, mas ele foi limpo apenas uma vez mais, mas ficaria novamente hospedada porque o custo-benefício foi bom. O que fez toda a diferença foi que todos os dias tem 3 bolos caseiros diferentes quentinhos logo cedo para o café. Fomos conquistados pelo apetite!"

"A localização do hotel é excelente para quem quer ficar no centro de Dourados. Anteriormente conhecido como Alphonsus, este foi um dos melhores hotéis na cidade nos anos 80. Mas hoje o hotel parece operar com mínimas atualizações desde seus anos de ouro. As instalações estão velhas e mostram o desgaste.
