Sou goiana, viajei para visitar familiares residentes nesta cidade. O hotel em si é muito bom,apesar de ser um pouco longe do centro. Quanto aos serviços ficou a desejar, vejamos: serviço de limpeza do apartamento não foi feita, tinhamos saído no período matutino e retornamos ás 13;30, nosso apartamento não tinha sido limpo, reclamamos alegaram que mais tarde fariam a limpeza e não fez. Outra coisa, é a limpeza do piso na áreas externas ,mais precisamente nas áreas da piscina (estávamos com duas crianças) a qual fomos usar, estava simplesmente imunda, enquanto piscina estava limpa,mas as sujeiras nos pés eram levadas pra agua. Finalmente, o café da manha, muito fraco. Os atendentes foram muito atenciosos. Grata pela atenção e desejamos que nossas ponderações sirva para melhorar o atendimento aos seus futuros hospedes.
