"I don’t usually write reviews. But this lodge was way out of my expectations. My experience with the lodge was fantastic. Every staffs were very nice and sincere. The energy vibe at the place was warm and welcoming. The food was AMAZING. The lodge only host 5 rooms. So It was very private. You could pretty much enjoy the entire property by yourself without sharing space."

"J'ai rarement vu un personnel aussi gentil et serviable. La vue sur le parc est superbe, avec des animaux sauvages qui passent alors qu'on déjeune. Vraiment très bel hôtel et les Safari étaient vraiment top."

"What an amazing place! Beautiful rooms, very handy kitchen, lovely views. We adored the place and loved the braai. Wessel is an intelligent man with great love for this place. 10/10 would recommend."

"Absolutely incredible, surrounded by natural beauty, welcomed into a stunning home, treated like family. This was a very special place that we will never forget. If you are in the area, you must experience this location. Food was delicious, equal to a fine dining restaurant. The staff were so kind! "

"We stayed at River Lodge in May 2019 ( Royal suite). Very comfortable spacious accommodations with mix of XIX century and modern styles. Staff is professional: respectful of the guests privacy and available to assist when needed. There are only 6 suits and, therefore, just a few guests around; so you’d get to enjoy the nature unaffected by human noise. Chefs: Anna and Nomi were excellent and their cooking was very enjoyable. "Tudo impecável. Uma experiência imersiva em uma reserva natural, mas, com toda estrutura e comodidade de um hotel de luxo. Cada detalhe é cuidadosamente preparado, desde os quartos e refeições até os game drivers. A equipe é super atenciosa e simpática, nos acolheram maravilhosamente bem e fizeram um aniversário inesquecível para mim."
