Travelodge was walkable to about every type of restaurant/pub/café, plus it was close to the harbor. The covered, off street parking was another bonus. Highly recommended, I would stay here again."

"Loved that I had control of the room temperature. I am in menopause and was so happy to be able to have air conditioning. Also, for being centrally located it became lovely and quiet at night (not sure about on a Saturday night thought). Was a very large, comfy room and the staff were wonderful. "

"After a wonderful warm welcome and being presented with chocolate brownies we were then advised we had been upgraded to a suite. The room was very big and warm. Loved the bathroom especially. Had a lovely porch area. Was a shame we only had 1 night here. Enjoyed Sunday pork roast dinner at Quench and then breakfast next morning. Food was delicious. Will definitely stay here again."
