"When I looked at the review I saw it was a 10! I thought oh, no place is a 10, well this place is. Super clean well designed and provisioned. This is an older motel that has been upgraded. Great comfortable bed, nice kitchen with all the things u would need to cook a meal or two. Efficient bathroom that is super clean and has everything u need. Such a nice surprise! "This place is awesome and the gentleman that owns it is the kindest man you could imagine. It was like staying at my grandfather's house. Nothing fancy, but considering the alternatives in the area, the cleanliness and comfort far exceeded my expectations. Just a couple miles from tippy dam AND he has canoes and kayaks!! 10/10"

"The property was spotless and very comfortable. We spent quality time outside on the back patio! The ONLY complaint is there were 4 coffee mugs and 6 of us :/ It was a comfortable walk to the beach, even for my 80 yr old sister. There are 2 bathrooms! I did not know there was a half bath, so was pleasantly surprised! Really came in handy with 6 people."
