"The Hotel was dated. We had no air conditioning and tv for 2 days in our room. The staff did say we could move rooms but that was late at night 10.30 pm. Ive heard that it is going to be closed and updated at the end of the season. The Hotel is very central. the swimming pool was good. the outside pool was lovely but could have done with sun umbrellas as it was hot. The food in the restaurant was good in the evening."

"On arrival as we were checking in we were brought a lovely cold local drink which was very refreshing. We were surprised to discover our Junior Suite was on an Executive floor, which meant we were able to use the Executive lounge while waiting for our room to be ready which was very pleasant as we were tired from our journey. "I loved this hotel. It was centrally situated close to shopping, restaurants, harbor, bus stops, grocery stores, I loved my room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing! 11/10 on everything! I will recommend the Valentina to everyone. I will be back!"

"Lovely, spacious room and stunning view over Balluta Bay. Hotel feels quite claustrophobic compared to other similarly priced hotels in the area and food choices quite limited. Some of the staff were excellent, particularly housekeeping and reception, but it was sometimes difficult to get someone's attention on the terrace or in the lounge. It felt more appropriate for business travel rather than our biannual trip to visit Maltese family, but we had a good stay nevertheless."

"Hôtel avec vue magnifique sur la mer, plusieurs terrasses et piscines, dont une pour adultes seulement sur les toits. Personnel attentionné et désireux de rendre notre séjour agréable. Divers restaurants sur place. Le Minoa a été mon préféré. Merci pour le beau séjour."

"Great location, staff was helpful and very much on top of everything. Only challenge was having to pre-book sun beds by the pool. While the pool itself was freely accessible the sun beds needed prior reservation and most times were fully booked. Other than that excellent stay! Also was happy with how close the hotel was to the ferry."
