"The location, pool and gym facilities are excellent. The breakfast buffet is really wonderful. Some rooms have been refurbished and are very large and spacious with an updated bathroom. We had an updated 1 bedroom suite and it was wonderful.
Ask ahead. Staff were very helpful."

"Booked a triple sea view for 3 adults they gave us a room that is partially blocked by ( I have photos, if there is a way to attach them I will) other side of the hotel. The AC barely worked, and note that it was 100 degree F outside. They gave only one 350 ml water for 3 people once during our stay. Cleaning service was terrible...despite telling them and turning the clean room button on- it was not cleaned. And the worst part is the hotel (4 star resort? How?) has roaches crawling all over in...
