"Hotel itself is beautiful & feels like a 5* should. Pool area is not owned by the hotel. Hotel guests ushered to corner areas. Pool beds are luxurious & deep but not clean, stains over them & after some rain were saturated. Spa is also not owned by the hotel & needs some attention, crumbling shower walls etc"

I left the air conditioning running for over an hour, but the room still did not cool down enough.
