"We enjoyed the location of the property and how easy it was to walk to the water and most of the activities we were doing in Portland. We did have to drive to the lighthouse, but otherwise everything else was walkable. Lots of places to eat nearby and shops. It was safe as well, with a decent seeming night life near by. "

This was perfect EXCEPT - I decided also because it had transportation and that was only to the airport - I had to go to the hospital and could not find a taxi etc... to get there. Might be nice to have a backup plan if a traveler is in a hard spot at 0530 AM, no taxi available. Staff did try and help. "

"Such a wonderful hotel in the perfect location. The front desk texted me throughout my stay to make sure everything was OK and if we needed anything. The rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. Restaurant and bar were excellent. Would definitely make this hotel a priority next time I come to town."
