"Room was nicely designed maybe showing a little age here in the aunt bed was comfortable overall pretty good. The bar was definitely a happening hopping place with live music and a lot of people."

"Noise outside til 12am then 12am -2:37am loud neighbors 2 doors down called desk they ask them to be quiet and they did. Valet workers amazing and transported to and from Merrill Auditorium."

"The staff were great and the room was pretty, but unfortunately the building isn't well-constructed, so I could hear sounds through the doors, walls, and even floorboards (through the mattress). I definitely didn't love unnecessarily being charged a resort fee only to have money that I had to use on snacks and OTC drugs. I'd rather not have been charged the fee. I ordered ribs for takeaway, but they weren't very good. Despite the people really nice, they couldn't make up for the negative elements of the stay."

"A wonderful place—we visit with great pleasure every time. We have just one suggestion: adding a microwave to the room would be a great idea, especially for guests with children. Thank you for the lovely atmosphere."

"We paid a little extra for a room with a Courtyard view. What we got was a 2nd floor room as far as possible from the elevator and when I pulled back the curtains I was looking at a giant kitchen exhaust fan that gave us a constant deep buzz in the room. The hotel did not seem busy and this room is literally the only Courtyard room with a giant exhaust stack only feet outside the window. Don't know why we were given literally the worst room available in that category. But I do know that I will avoid this group of hotels from now on. "
