"Our stay at the hotel was alright. It was three of us in the room but unfortunately everytime we recieved towels we would only be restocked with two and only provided the body towel rather than a hand towel as well. The shower in the bathroom also looked and sounded like it was about to fall off (picture attached). The pool was nice and the area is quiet but not too much to do around. "Extremely dissapointed with their excursion services!! We felt robbed!!! We paid for a very expensive private tour that was nothing like what we got offered when we reserved it. There is a lot of improvement to be done with the quality of the food. The restaurants served for dinner what it felt like pre-plated food that was not fresh at all. "I really enjoyed this property. The staff was very attentive and the property itself was very nice. I would give it an excellent but there were some things that need improvement. The bathrooms need refurbishment… they are outdated. Some of the furniture in my room is broken and my tv didn’t turn on. Also I wasn’t able to find a convenience store that sold basic snacks to bring to the room. I did enjoy my time there but these little changes would have made it excellent. "
