"Fomos muito bem atendidos, com uma limpeza de grande nível. O Hotel nos surpreendeu pela ótima localização e atendimento. Deixo para melhorias uma atenção quanto ao café, pois tivemos que sempre solicitar a entrega de sucos, cafés.. O café servido é básico, nada em especial. Mas são muito cordiais e educados. "

"It's an old but always nice place to stay. Gym, pool, restaurant, infront of the ocean. Everything ok with that. They need to change the tvs. Carpet is a little old and smells a little. But generally pretty good"

"Very pleasant and comfortable rooms in a well maintained historic building. Restaurant is good for lunch and dinner too. My only demerit is that staff will ring quite late, apparently not aware some people sleep before midnight. "

"This a great place to stay for a few days in Punta Arenas. It is close to the heart of the downtown but not so much that it is noisy. The little kitchenette is perfect for a meal in and the breakfast offerings were very sweet. The bed was also comfy and the room was very clean. Thanks to the staff for their warm welcome and friendliness!"

"El staff super amigable. La atencion de 100. El unico detalle que no tiene absolutamente nada que ver con la atencion del hostal, es que se escucha mucho ruido de los automóviles durante la noche, entonces un recomendacion seria llevar tapones de oidos para quienes les cjesta conciliar el sueño."

"Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer etwas hellhörig. Privater Parkplatz verfügbar, aber man kann auch an der Straße kostenlos und sicher parken. Lunchpakete wurden uns gestellt, da wir zur Frühstückszeit (erst ab 8h) schon unterwegs waren. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt. "

"Sara was a magnificent host. We actually stayed here twice; once at the start of our trip, and again at the end. Quick and easy communication, perfect separation for parents and adult children, walkable to everything. And... affordable. Thanks for a great stay, Sara!"

"Had a great stay - the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was nice, the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Breakfast was also good with a nice variety of options - fruit, yoghurts, juices, cereal, meat and cheese or pastries. I definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again :)"
