"I have an overall positive feeling about this camp, but several issues kept me from giving it a higher score. I would rate it 3 stars. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. When we checked in, the room was far too warm to stay in. It took a full 4 hours to cool down to a comfortable level. I was exhausted from the journey and wanted to rest and sleep upon arrival, but we couldn’t use the room and ended up waiting in the restaurant instead. "The room was very clean and comfortable, the mountain views were stunning. The staff was very helpful and courteous, always available for our needs. The only point that needs improvement was the breakfast, it was not ready early in the morning, and we needed to call the front desk to have it served, but that was because the property was almost empty, and they might not be expecting early birds like us. It sits at the entrance to Petra, minutes from the Treasury site, close to restaurants, next to the tourist information area, view of the city, fantastic breakfast, great A/C, coffee, quiet area, and a fun atmosphere in the Cave (bar). "Our stay was wonderful, the staff were very helpful and did all what they can to make our stay comfortable, they allow us for early check in and late check out although the resort was fully booked at that time. "The experience in Romantic Moment Rum is inexplicable as it seems like you're in another planet. As for the camp, Atef, the owner was incredibly accommodating and so easy to deal with. The food at the camp's kitchen could be better; it's mediocre, to say the least because Jordanian foods are generally savory. Lastly, (I hope they change this...) you'll have to pay extra for a bottle of water or a cup of coffee or juice on top of the 15 JD mediocre dinner. However, if you can look past the food...
