"Amazing hotel. It seems quite new. The room was very spacious. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. It’s right next to the entrance to Petra. Great to have the rooftop pool to cool down after we did the hike from Little Petra. Could not fault anything in this hotel. Great stay!"

"All was good/excellent, especially all the reception as well as restaurant staff. Connecting to the internet was a nightmare as the system would not accept my hyphenated name. Despite trying all permutations, we still could not connect. Finally, we had to take it to concierge to get us connected. ..."
