"We had two rooms for our group, and honestly, the view was gorgeous and totally made it worth it. However, the rooms had some issues. One bathroom had a really strong urine smell—we told reception, but nobody did a thing. In the other room, the shower was pretty much unusable because the water kept swinging between boiling hot and freezing cold. ​Overall, it wasn't a terrible stay, but for what we paid, we definitely expected better upkeep and service!"

La limpieza era deficiente; había polvo en los muebles y manchas de cal, sarro, moho en el baño. Las tazas y cucharas estaban sucias y mal lavadas. Las cucharas eran de diferentes tamaños. "Although I did change rooms due to some issues. The staff like Karoline made sure to take control of the situation. The hotel still rates very highly in my opinion because it is beautiful. It’s opulent and mesmerising and the decor are modern I enjoyed the breakfast, the food, the dining and the breakfast and the experience. "Loved the location. Close to shopping, restaurants, and a nice park. Room was bigger than I expected. The air conditioning worked well. Plenty of storage, Bedding was great, so comfortable. It had the largest safe I have ever seen in a hotel. Very clean. Also, i really enjoyed the breakfast. Excellent selection. I enjoyed the omelettes and the banana peanut butter smoothies! Would love to stay here again if I returned."

"Staff very helpful, the breakfast was good varied daily, couldn’t fault the bedroom for cleanliness, the only issue we had on arrival one member of our party was given a key to a room that was already occupied which we found very upsetting, as you can appreciate this could have been a very awkward and dangerous situation walking in on someone room. We sincerely hope you will take this situation seriously"
