"Las facilites de la cabaña estaban muy bien. La vista desde la cabaña un sueño. Los amenities eran pobres. Sólo tenían jabón líquido de manos y en la ducha, shower gel y un 2 en 1 de acondicionador y shampoo. No había shower cup ni ningún otro amenitie.
En cuanto a las instalaciones del hotel, el desayunador y las opciones de alimentos del desayuno estaban bien con amplia variedad de opciones.Sin embargo, el staff al ingresar o salir del restaurant no devolvía el saludo de buen día.

"Great facility and, more importantly, the people working there. I have a flight at 6 AM, and despite not asking to go, breakfast was ready, as well as constant contact with the taxi to avoid delays. Great night crew and outstanding facilities."

"Lovely hotel with a lively, welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent — you’re within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. I highly recommend paying a little extra for a Lake View room; waking up to panoramic views of the lake and volcanoes was unforgettable. The room itself was huge, very spacious, and spotless. The bathroom was smaller but perfectly fine, and having a fridge was convenient. Complimentary water is provided on the first day, and you can refill bottles...

"As soon as I arrived was not even greeted as it should be, when I mentioned that I had a booking with Expedia was todl they could mot find it and that they had stopped working with expedia many years ago and that the reservation was invalid."

Only problem found where the “cheap” rooms on the third floor looking to the west or town (not the park and river rooms towards the east) you can hear the squeek of the rooftop ventilators and for my specific weight (over 270 pound) found the matress much to soft and woobly"
