We had a spacious suite, which was a generous upgrade, as our room was no longer available. The balcony looks directly at Osorno Volcano and there is a beach directly across the street. We enjoyed the breakfast and also tried the onsite restaurant. The bed was super comfortable and we didn’t hear other guests or noise from outside. Simply a great stay!

The inginity lake view from the room with the volcano in the background is worth everything, especially when combined with a great breakfast and a nice pool and sauna area. The only problem was the heating and hot water. When we arrived the room was roasting as o we turned the radiator down. It then took the hotel 2 days to fix after which we didn’t dare touch it and just sweltered. In spite of many requests the hot water was never more than Luke warm. Buffet breakfast was outstanding except the coffee, which was terrible. My room appeared to be under construction with a half finished closet..The elevator was dirty for 3 days. My friend in Room 208 had music from the bar below.disturbing her and though she complained the music continued after the bar closing time at 11. The setting of the property is beautiful with a view of the lake and two volcanoes. There was a huge selection of shops and restaurants nearby.
