"Bad experience at check in but hotel is beautiful. Room views and service is top notch! Only bad experience was at check in. When booked with expedia 2 adults and 2 childs, site said we could have a roll out bed free of charge. At check in the lady said that it is not free, and it is not offered free by any of their partners like expedia. I did not want to argue with the girl because, I was tired after a long day at the amazon, so I paid the additional $. Next morning I checked expedia again...

"El personal es muy amable, eso fué muy bueno. Queda en el centro y allí están las tiendas principalmente de artesanías, pues de otras tiendas hay poca oferta en Leticia. Limpieza buena, impecable.No sé si ideal para familias, posiblemente, aunqe no hay ascensor y con bebes generaría dificultades. El desayuno apenas."
