"The expectations are pretty low in Iquitos, but this hotel managed to slip UNDER them. Staff was unaware of my reservation (having a digital copy of the Hotels.com receipt saved me) and just seemed unable to make things happen. I asked numerous times if I should just go somewhere else, but they seemed powerless to even enable that decision. The room was dirty (stained sheets and hair in the sink drains) and the towels wet. That last point can be forgiven in the jungle, but not when piled...

"Great place. Centrally located. The staff was wonderful. We got there very early and they went ahead and put us into a room. Front desk staff was very accommodating and very helpful in our trip. I have stayed in Iquitos twice this year. If I go back, I will definitely go to this hotel."

"The staff was AMAZING, they were so helpful when we had to unexpectedly jet back to Lima for the PCR test that was unavailable in Iquitos. They somehow hustled up our laundry, washed and folded ( which I was preparing to abandon) even as we flew out the door for the airport. Too bad we could not have stayed longer. "

"This hotel has been recently renovated and it feels like a completely different place. It is nothing like the old version. The hotel now is very clean, fairly quiet with comfortable rooms/beds, great showers, good WiFi, wonderful staff and is set at a very fair price. I know the city of Iquitos well and this is one of the best places you can stay, particularly if you’re just staying for a few nights. It’s in a very central location near everything you would want to be close to. Very safe also....

"This is by far one of my favorite places to stay in iquitos. I travel for work to iquitos every few months and I only stay here. It has its pros and cons. The staff is just amazing to me. I can get demanding at times with them, but they always pull through. I talk to them on whats app and arrange my stay and they always accomidate me. The rooms have amazing AC and keeps the room freezing for me. The pool is quiet and nice. I usually bring a few beers with me and relax there. The hotel itself...
