"We had the 'family' room (a double bed and a bunk bed). It wasn't very spacious, but it suited our needs fine. The fridge worked fine, but the freezer section wasn't freezing things. Pillows were quite flat, but we brought our own so wasn't any trouble. Heater was quite old, but worked ok. (I wouldn't leave it on while we were out though as I wasn't sure how safe it would be.) Room was cleaned daily, so that was nice. But some bug spray would have been useful as the door was left open each day...
