"This is a budget motel, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. The room had the usual budget motel musty smell. The shower stall is small. But on the positive side, the room had a couch, a dining table, and the table settings needed to have breakfast in the room. The heater worked well, as did the available blankets."

"Room was not cleaned, there was spider cobwebs under TV unit, bathroom. Floor was dirty with dirt and gum was stuck on the floor under the bed. Lizard was there in the bathroom. Other than that there was no issue. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Kyah Hotel. The room was clean and well‑maintained, and the staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit. It’s a great place for families with young children. My daughter especially loved having access to the tennis court and had a fantastic time playing. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast selection, as the options were a bit limited. Expanding the variety would make the experience even better. "There was no spa pool only a spa bath which needed instructions just for the people who don't know how to use "

"Nice location with great views from the rooms. The rooms however do need a modernization (the bathrooms in particular) and the floors were a bit smeary with residue of cleanser. Be aware that the road leading there has many pot-holes (a warning sign would be helpful, especially when arriving in the dark) and while that may not be in the purview of the hotel, those on the driveway and parking area should at least be fixed by the hotel."
