"I usually use Hilton hotels but noticed that this place was getting excellent reviews, so I booked for my one-night stay in Lincoln.
Great start. Luke at the front desk gave a warm, genuine welcome without any 'corporate speak' that sometimes sounds like it's from a script.
Room very clean with good amenities - has the feel of a company that knows how to please and takes trouble to maintain a high standard.
The inclusive breakfast deserves a special mention - brilliant value and far better...

"Room was clean but very dated with many signs of wear - rust on the shower and towel heater, mould around the silicon on the sink . Old fashioned alarm clock which was so bright and unable to turn off was annonying and had to be covered with a towel. The shared areas and outside also feel dated and showed main signs of wear. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was Ok."

"I didnt get to the room as i booked late the booking went through but no one was there to give access very poor services ended up sleeping in my car in a carpark and getting a refund through hotel.com avoid go else where "
