"This place is like the cleanest, most “Oregon Coast thoughtful” roadside hotel I’ve ever been stayed. Rooms cleans. Beds comfy. Heater in the bathroom. Nice person on check out. Nice person on checkout. And probably the most incredible beach access on the coast. Incredible incredible view from the back (covered) patio. Picnic tables and chairs (in the field for sunny moments, under nice cover when not). Board games, movies, a wall of books, and local knowledge of the area."

"I would actually give it a 4.5 stars. Only two things I didn’t like. One, sink was in hallway instead of bathroom. Women put their makeup on by sink, men do their thing by sink so the light has to be on which is a problem if the other person is trying to sleep. "Wonderful Stay at the Lincoln Sands! Our room was not ready when we checked in at 4:30pm. Instead of having to wait 10-15 minutes to check in, the staff moved us to a nicer room that was already cleaned. We were able to enjoy salmon chowder and cookies at 5pm and ate a delicious breakfast in the morning before a lovely walk on the beach directly from the property. Highly recommend!! "

"This property is a great base from which to enjoy the Lincoln City Kite Festival. We could see the kites from our balcony and walk right out on the beach where the kites were being flown. Our unit was very comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and responsive--important because message with entrance code did not come through via Expedia. The staff responded at 11 pm the night before our stay!"
