"Segunda vez que me hospedaba en ese hotel, la primera vez , hace 2 años fue perfecto ,debió de cambiar de gerencia porque la segunda fue un desastre: Problemas con la reserva, no pude hospedarme la primera noche, después de "negociar" para la siguiente noche, al llegar y pagar tardaron 3 horas en dar la vuelta de lo pagado en dolares, excusa: la falta de cambio, me devolvieron en colones dando un cambio muy inferior al cambio del día, tuve que protestar para que me lo "mejoraran algo"...
