"The place was clean, spacious and nice."

"The apartment itself was very nice for the most part. BUT the communication with the rental agency was awful. At no time did we receive a text or email regarding the check in instructions. The agency was in Milan, and they use a "go between" person to meet at the property and pass the keys, etc. We ended up waiting over an hour and he ended up blaming us for being late. "

"Francisco is an excellent host"

"Excellent location right by the train station. Rooms cleaned everyday and the staff were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants, soccer game, and local businesses. Thanks to Mauro especially."

"The hotel itself is very convenient and nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the internet not working. I intentionally chose hotels that had parking and wifi because I'm teaching an online course while away from the states. They did remove the 1 night parking fee because of this so between using some international data and using wifi at the very cute restaurant at the top of the hill, it worked out. "

"Very nice location and charming hotel"

"Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants very close. Alleys looked creepy but weren’t and opened up at the other end very nice with more restaurants etc"

"A beautiful hotel, perfectly located near the train station and Genoa's historic neighborhood. Very friendly and helpful staff too."

"Excellent hotel with very nice staff. "

"The staff was amazing and the rooms were beautiful."
