"This was, without a doubt, one of the worst and most disgusting hotel experiences I have ever had. The moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a strong smell of animal urine. The white bed sheets had visible stains, the pillows were dirty and stained as well, and when I moved the comforter, I found hair in the bed. The room itself was poorly maintained. "There were no coffee makers or microwaves in the room. They were getting new refrigerators but they weren't in yet but for some reason they took out the Best Western refrigerators without waiting for the new ones to come. This hotel is no longer a Best Western, instead it is Spark by Hilton. There is no longer a hot breakfast. Instead they have a bagel bar. The bagel bar was good if you like bagels. Aside from that, there was oatmeal some cereal and a machine that spit out vanilla yogurt....
