10/10 Excellent
Our stay at this property was flawless, and we will certainly recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow. It's within walking distance to all tourist attractions. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until check-out. Wiktoria at the front desk went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, regularly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Truly exceptional hospitality!
