"Our loft room had two huge pillars which really got in the way, if you get this type of room ask to change. Amenities were very good, nice pool, hot tub, saunas, gym etc. breakfast was very good, had dinner at the restaurant which has lots of awards but our dishes were hit and miss. Fish was terribly overcooked and for top dollar I expected much better. Staff were ok but not overly helpful. Linens are ok but not great. Location is very central and convenient."

"Very nice, quiet and spotlessly clean hotel in a great location in the charming historic quarter of Kazimierz, so you can enjoy its special atmosphere, cafés and old streets, while still being within easy walking distance of Kraków Old Town. Everything felt comfortable and well looked after. It was just perfect, and I would happily stay there again and recommend it to everyone."

"Room clean but very old and bed not at all comfortable. Room dark and bathroom basic. Noise from restaurants outside but it does stop around midnight. Breakfast was basic but good and served by very nice lady."

"The room was nice, and very clean. The location was pretty good, especially if you are up for a 25 min walk to the Old Town of Krakow. The staff, however, were not very welcoming and warm. The overall feeling was like we were bothering everyone when we were checking in, using spa facilities and checking out. At times, certain personnel were pretty rude. Would not stay here again. "

"We love the hotel the location. The staff was great. They help us set up a ride to the airport at four for 4:30 in the morning.
A quick two minute walk to the main Square where all dining coffee shops And milk bars are located shopping is fantastic. You can find whatever you’re looking for. They offer carriage rides, and golf cart rides. We will be staying there again."
