"Room and property were clean and staff extremely helpful, very welcoming and friendly. Pricing for our room not facing the beach made it a terrific value. Breakfast, one of 4-5 options of various packaged foods, which was OK if unremarkable, was delivered to your room door in the AM, which was nice. Overall: great value on a nice stay!"

"Nice location on the beach. Nehemiah at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were many and staff was very good at keeping it stocked. Good location for getting around the peninsula. Lots of dining options nearby, at all price points. We had a 3rd floor Petite King room facing the beach. Bed was comfortable but be aware that the room in this category is very small."

"We stay at this hotel every year for a girls’ soccer tournament, and the main reason we continue choosing this property is the outdoor heated pool area. The girls love being able to swim & do s'mores while the parents relax outside around the fire tables and cabanas. It’s honestly the feature that justifies the higher room rates for us year after year. Unfortunately, this stay was very different from past experiences. Outdoor seating was limited, the cabanas were closed off, the outdoor fire...

"The lady working breakfast in the morning was absolutely delightful and so kind. She really made a positive difference in our stay and we throughly enjoyed her conversation and helpfulness. Thank you to the kind staff and especially that kind lady! My only wish was that there was a fitness center!"

"The hard boiled eggs and coffee were good didn't try any other breakfast items. Room only had a very small round stool, no chair. Doors are very loud when they close. Over all it was just ok."

"It was noisy, apparently they allow gatherings in the lobby, so there was a gathering, very noisy, kids screaming dragging the chairs on the floor, adults having loud conversations. It also happened that my room was next to the lobby so the noise was loud. It probably did not affect rooms that were far away from the lobby as much. I did like the cleanliness of the place. It is very close to downtown Traverse City."

"The hot tub was lukewarm and we were told there was nothing they could do about it. The shower curtain rod was hanging out of the wall and the shower curtain couldn't close because of it. The beds are like concrete. Would not stay again."

"We loved our stay.. Room size was great & we appreciated having a shower without the tub. Parking was very convenient. Our only issue was lack of housekeeping.. Once from May 10-15.. It wasn’t absolutely necessary as there were plenty of towels, but it would have been nice to get creamers for the coffee without grabbing them from the lobby. Would definitely stay again."
