"The bugs were a problem at the pool by my room coming through the door. They couldn’t do anything about it kind of a nuisance front desk wasn’t very helpful about it."

"Property was clean, views were amazing and staff was friendly and accommodating. The resort offered multiple dining options and everything we ate was freshly prepared. We enjoyed the spa service as well. There are still some minor repairs to be completed (ie Tennis court surface and sporting complex in general) from Hurricane Ian but overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend. We truly enjoyed everything and would definitely go back."

"We always stay at the Lighthouse when we visit Fort Myers Beach. They have everything you would need for your beach stay. The staff is super accommodating, from the parking attendant to the front desk. They all really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Close to all the beach activities going on at Fort Myers Beach. "

"The room service was poor, and they finish the room late in the afternoon. We stayed three nights, and one of the day we didn't have room service. The mattress of our room was not in a good condition. The breakfast offers is standard, with few options for fruit and pastries."

"Website is deceiving, this is not a resort like advertised. It is individually owned places managed by a resort. You have to come prepared with food and water. Getting towels at pools by the condos were a constant problem. The views were beautiful and lots of great wildlife to enjoy watching. "

"No soda or vending machines. All beverages purchased at the Tiki Hut Lounge, other than tap water, which tasted like chlorine. No ice machines, however, the room refrigerator was cold enough to freeze water, so we made our own ice in the fridge (freezer was small). Entrance to the room, from the hall was elevated so potentially could be a tripping hazard. A bit of a learning curve on the shower apparatus, but eventually solved the puzzle. "

"The resort and location are nice. The room was a condo being managed by the resort, and we had issues with the room.  The bed was so bad that I needed to sleep on the couch.  The TV only offered four English stations.  The refigure door would not remain closed.  Very little shower water pressure.  It is possible that other rooms are better and don't have these issues, but I will not rebook.  "
