"We visited Rome, Venice, Milano, and Lake Como. This hotel was the highlight of our hotels we stayed. The facility is modern, well-kept, clean, with great soap and shampoo, etc. But you must check out their rooftop restaurant!!! The chef is outstanding. They have good meals, including breakfast buffet and lunch. It is in a secure location, with easy access to taxi, and the Roma Termini Station. They have a spa we had no time to try but would do so next time!"

"Honestly, don’t stay here. The photos online make the property look much larger and more luxurious than it actually is. The room feels extremely small, and the entry system is a hassle because the doors often don’t work properly. For the amount they charge, I expected a much better experience. Very disappointing and not worth the price."

"There are two Hilton Hotels at the airport. One is contiguous within the airport and you walk to it. The Hilton Garden requires you to take a bus that stops frequently to other hotels but comes every 15 minutes and it is usually almost full. The hotel is very busy and I waited at least one hour to just check in for a pre-paid stay because they only had 2 people handling so many new customers. The breakfast, while included and buffet, it is not of great quality. They drop you off and pick you up...

"Do not trust the reviews 5 star reviews. Only a handful of rooms and it’s very old. Only staff we saw the entire time we had called to do a repair. Self check in, zero staff, one old elevator that only works if last person using closed forts right (found this out and had to walk up 5th floor). The building they show isn’t just the hotel and they have maybe 6 rooms in back of building on 5th floor. They’ve done some updates but at best a 2.5-3 star. Had issues with toilet when we got there and...

"The hotel was very clean and well located. Fantastic rooftop terrace for drinks and meals. Staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. We even got an upgrade which was greatly appreciated. Only areas for improvement - check in and out was very slow as only 1 staff member processing everything. Room service inconsistent each day. Otherwise a wonderful stay. Thank you!"
