"Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber. Wir hatten Preferred Club, sodass der Zimmerservice mehrmals täglich kam um die Minibar neu zu befüllen oder das Bett für die Nacht herzurichten. Außerdem hatten wir eine Lounge zur Verfügung, wo man sich beim kleinen Hunger tagsüber etwas holen konnte.
Poollandschaft und Wellnessbereich sind sehr schön und großzügig.
Das Buffet war gut, hätte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können.
Manche Bereiche des Hotels sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das stört aber...

"I had never heard of this brand/group before but decided to stay with them as they had so many properties on Gran Canaria. The hotel was fantastic, like staying in a small town rather than just one building. The staff were some of the best I’ve come across and the breakfast buffet was top notch. I’ll definitely stay with this group again in the future. The area is 10 mins taxi from playa del ingles and there is a bus stop nearby that connects you to the airport."

"Have stayed there twice before but this time the room was situated in a very bad block of the hotel. No sun no view massive tree in front of the window. Could not change as it was full so they said. We requested the area we would have like to stay they said they never received it !! Really twice!
Very disappointed considering we were there twice before."

"Food was good with lots of fresh and healthy choices especially breakfast. Staff were superb especially restaurant and bar staff who made service more personal. Great pool and general location of the hotel is good. I would consider a return visit. "
