"El personal muy atento y amable. Pero el hotel nos dejó algo fríos siendo un 5* vimos detalles que no esperábamos en un hotel de estas características. A nivel de enseres del baño, vimos mucha escasez, tuvimos que pedir ciertas cosas como cepillo de dientes, etc. creo que había ciertos detalles algo descuidados para ser un hotel de este rango. Por lo demás todo bien. Buffet bueno y van variando."

"Buen Family Resort, aunque era Solo Travel. Los cuartos limpios todos los días excelente servicio. Desde la entrada hasta la salida el equipo de trabajo muy amable, atento y profesional. Buen buffet desde desayuno hasta cena.. lo recomiendo para Familias no para Solo Travel. Lo unico que no me gustó fue que el Resort no cambia USA dollars porque no tienen muchos visitantes de USA .lo veo injusto todo cliente debería ser tratado igual no importa de donde venga. Tuve ir en un taxi hacia Puerto...

Le personnel de ménage très sympathique les chambres étaient très propre merci à toutes ces personnes qui font que notre séjour soit très agréable Les animateurs vraiment exceptionnel gentil et très agréable ainsi que leurs spectacles digne de vrais professionnels nous ont éblouis notre séjour tous les soirs de la semaine au top!!!
