"This is advertised as a 5 Star property. However, there were a number of disappointing issues: A number of the on site restaurants were closed, the Wi-Fi in the room stopped working half way through our holiday, the 'Fun Pub' was only open between 20:00 & Midnight and was closed completely on Wednesday & Friday. The squash court was closed and the two treadmills were in a poor state of repair."

"Reception staff failed me totally. They pretended to say problem with the rear exit door making a BANGING NOISE when closing. My room 9016 was next to said door/ gate. Constantly BANGING from early morning until late evening. I asked on FOUR occasions for someone to fix the door but nothing happened. "This was our first time in Lanzarote and of course this resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room lovely (junior suite) and always well tended to by those lovely house keepers. The pools looked good, we didn't use them (we're not pool people). So, we had a great holiday."

"Check in staff lovely. Room extremely basic. Walls like paper and next door were up all night and we could hear what they were talking about through the walls. Enamel on bath coming off showing black holes. Beds like rocks. No AC and fan requested was charged for. Thank goodness we were staying only one night"
