"My wife and I went here for our 10th year wedding anniversary, a well deserved treat for my wife. Our first beach side holiday. Was definitely impressed by pretty much everything they had from staff friendliness to the amenities, facilities they had as well as the view. Amazing. We got the preferred club package all inclusive, so had black card to allow us unlimited food and drink to all restaurants and cafes there. Only two negatives that we noticed was 1. that the 1st time you get food at a particular restaurant they give you a fantastic service , i.e. fast, and good food presentation, but the 2nd time you go there - then not so great. This seems to be a trend for all restaurants they have. 2. evening entertainment is fantastic but only available for 1 hr. could be longer. "

" Every thing about this hotel is of a very good standard ,it’s very peaceful,excellent location ,great pools ,food and staff are excellent,the rooms are spotless,beds and linen are high quality ,shower is superb ,and also the high pressure toilets ! This was our second stay in this hotel and we cannot recommend it enough ,it’s registered as a 5 star ,which it’s not quite,however for all it has going for it I’d recommend it for all but the most fussy of clients ! Overall great friendly hotel with excellent staff that actually care about their clients and their well being ,you can’t go wrong with this one ,absolutely spotless,thanks dream we shall return ! "The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great! But what really got me was the kind gentleman who checked us in. I asked for a couple of extra coffee pods for the morning and he showed up to our room a little bit later with a bunch of them. Just really great service, with a friendly attitude. The woman checking us in for breakfast was the same -- very personable and very helpful!! So the hotel was good -- the staff was excellent."

"We loved our stay here, we had a junior suit on the corner, the view was beautiful and the room was very comfortable. Although some parts of the room were showing a bit of age it was very clean. Staff were mostly very friendly although we did come across one waiter and bar staff who were slightly rude. The rest of the staff made up for this massively. The pool is nice and always had plenty of beds available. Although it was cold it was appreciated in the heat. The pool entertainment was always fun. The spa is lovely we were lucky to get a free entry with the tour and really enjoyed the pools. Food was good, we enjoyed the different themed nights, im a fussy eater and always found something to eat. Entertainment was a lot of fun however we did notice the different performers played the same songs, we guessed they are trying to appeal to an older audience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would come again. "
