"It might be a fun place during the busy Christmas season. But in September we arrived to a scene of eerie desolation. Not a soul. No staff. No other guests. Reception closed. Lobby closed. Restaurant closed. You ring a bell and someone at a remote location opens the door for you so you can collect your room key. Otherwise no human interaction.
