"Everything was fine, the only thing to be aware of is they will charge you to park your car, apart from that everything was absolutely fine, hotel very clean and the staff very friendly and polite."

"Small room but perfect for what we needed for one stay following a trip to watch footie in Burnley. The lady on breakfast service was very kind and friendly and we all enjoyed the breakfast - would stay again and great we could bring the dog too"

"Good experience all round. The breakfast selection is better than my previous stays. The only slight negative is that on the last day, I wanted to get my bill while the reception was quiet at breakfast time before the check out rush but the receptionist advised me that due to a new system, if I got the bill, the room would no longer be accessible."

"The restaurant was good ,decor was lovely
Staff very friendly
Breakfast fantastic ,one of the best I have had
Room very basic ,but clean .Maybe not all rooms are the same ,we were room 3.
Nice touch with tea coffee and biscuits in room
Bathroom very good size
Bed was uncomfortable
Main issue was no sleep from noise from M6
Needs better double glazing
Lovely area to walk along canal after breakfast
