"The room was very clean, very comfortable and had a nice view, The staff were extremely polite and attentive, we did not experience any waiting for anything, I loved having a little dip in the pool before breakfast. The hotel is well situated, on the main raid between Phan Thiet & Mui Ne. The breakfast was well presented but unfortunately didn’t taste so much, so that is the only opportunity for improvement, otherwise a fantastic stay, thank you very much to all at the staff at the hotel"

"Language barrier had an impact in our stay. We booked for an overnight stay unfortunately we had an event that may last hours. At 3am, I told one of the staffs that we will extend our stay (using a google translator) for few hours, and we got an OKAY. "Communication was lacking. Sent messages that were never answered. If my wife wasn’t Vietnamese I’m not sure we would have figured anything out at all. Kept plastic on the mattresses. Lack of towels. Just did not feel visitor friendly or inviting. Far walk from beach, no view. When I booked it said it came with tickets to NovaWorld/circus land/water park but it didn’t. House and neighborhood was nice. "
