"前の晩に朝食の時間を聞かれたので７時でお願いしたが、準備されていなかった。フロントスタッフは、朝食の用意が必要なこと申し送りされていないようだった。 次の日は、まあまあ準備してくれていたが、時間通りではなかった。 チェックアウトの日、空港までの定額タクシー、荷物が大きいので、大型のタクシーをお願いしたが、小さいタクシーが来て、荷物の積み方と人の乗り方に難儀した。 こんなことなら自分で手配すれば良かった。ホテル評価を下げざるを得ない。"

"군 입대 할 아들과 가족여행, 따뜻하고 베려 넘치는 호스트에게 참 감동받았어요. 새벽도착도 체크인 이상없었고 조식 선택 할 수 있어서 넘 좋고 숙소 깨끗해요. 시내에서 먼것이 조금은 아쉬웠지만ㅎㅎ 시내의 매연을 피하는것도 좋은 선택이지요^^"

"We have very bad experience with the booking as when we reach the hotel, we will told that they did not receive our booking from Hotel.com and did not honor us the room. We have to pay to the hotel in cash for another booking. As we book for 3 room for 3 nights and they only have 2 nights for us. The first night was ok and was told to check out on the 2nd day as they will upgrade us to a superior room. Surprising when we came back and was told that we will giving only 2 room for us to share...

"Gia đình chúng tôi đã có kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời ở Kim Ngân Hills Resort. Tôi đặt villa 4 phòng ngủ nhưng chị chủ đã nâng cấp villa của tôi lên villa lớn hơn có 5 phòng. Một buổi tối trời mưa, chúng tôi quyết định ăn đồ nướng tại resort, chị Ngân đã tận tay chuẩn bị bữa đồ nướng và lẫu nấm gà. Trời mưa lạnh mà đồ ăn nóng quá ngon. Cám ơn đã cho chúng tôi kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời."

"Gute Lage. Große Zimmer. Leider war das Badezimmer so dermaßen verschimmelt, dass ich mich nicht länger als ein paar Sekunden darin aufhalten konnte. Sehr beissender Geruch und Schimmelspuren an allen Ecken und Enden. Das Zimmer selbst war in Ordnung."
