There is no air-conditioner in the room however it is okay in Da Lat in December. If you take taxi to go to this hotel, be careful to tell the full address instead of the hotel name since most of the drivers do not the address of this hotel. "The staff was very helpful in answering any questions we had. It was off season so we got a good deal on the Presidential suite... the suite covers an ENTIRE floor with balconies on two sides. It has two complete separate bedrooms and a shared sitting area. The second bathroom is out in the hallway. It was VERY nice for our family. There were some nice restaurants within walking distance on the same street, and easy to take Grab to tourist areas, most not far away. I recommend staying here."
