"The place smelled like mold. Paint chipped on doors and walls. The entire place is not very well maintained. I asked the front desk for a new hair dryer because mine did not work, but no one ever came to replace it. No one came to open the safe door either, which I also requested from the Indian guy at the front desk. He reluctantly took my requests with hesitation. Very poor service!! No daily maid service!!! I would never come back to Quality Inn ever again!!!"

"Hi I love this motel The motel is one of the oldest in Muskegon They renovated just beautiful but kept the charm and history The rooms are large and tastefully decorated The staff is very professional and helpful included in your stay is a delicious breakfast The motel is centrally located and walking diistance to shopping and restaurants and many rooms have a lake view This is my 7 time staying at the motel. As quite lovely. "
