"The rooms were clean, the location was perfect and not far from downtown, the breakfast was good and the attendant was amazing and kept everything full, the front desk people were awesome especially Doug and another young man that was there during the day!! Would highly recommend this property!!"

"Very nice hotel with a comfortable bed and big bathroom. The hotel isn’t really in the downtown area of Durango, but it was pretty convenient for us with our car. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This is definitely the best hotel in Durango, especially if you enjoy walking along the river on the trail that runs right by the hotel. It is expensive, partly due to fees for parking and a resort fee whether you need extra options or not. But it is very well managed, the rooms are excellent, and in-house dining is available. "

"Wonderful suite hotel which was clean and very well maintained. Good small kitchen. Breakfast is higher quality than most hotels which include breakfast. High quality gym on the premises with a Peloton and TRX straps along with the customary weights and stationary bike. We used the laundry room which had two washers and two dryers. "Staff was very friendly and professional. The views were lovely with the river right outside. It is a very walkable area with grocery and pharmacy literally across the street. It has secure underground parking and a good selection for breakfast. I thought this was a great place to stay and would definitely return. "
