"Booked and paid for a room. On the day of booking when I arrived at 8:30 pm, staff informed me that they had no vacancy and they overbooked my room to another client. They said they arranged for a friends hotel to stay at with similar amenities instead. The alternate hotel was cheaper, but I didn’t get reimbursement. "The property gave a feeling it’s been abandoned for some time now. The staff are friendly but we had to walk to the bar and ask each time we wanted something it looked like priority was given when you purchase an all inclusive package only."
