"Limited towels in the room, they put only two towels, we use it when we get there and then the next morning we have to reuse it and still wet. NO HOT WATER!!!! And swimming pools water was very dirty and cloudy. "

"Once leaving the resort to try and get more money out of their customers the stay pretended like we took a a towel from the place and tried to charge me for something i infact did not take and k complained i was not going to pay for something i did not even touch because i was not at the hotel for almost all day. Come to find out is not the first time they do this they have done it to more of their customers and thats why they did not go back because they do this towards the end once its time to...

"Pillows and pillow cases were stained. Even after requesting new ones they were stained. They did nothing but thank me for my comments. The hotel itself is nice and breakfast was good. Still, hygiene is very important, and I was very much displeased"

"It's terrible that there's no beach access, this is permanently closed, and on Expedia it's advertised that there's a private beach. This was the worst, if you book a beach hotel, you expect to enjoy the beach. "

"Disgusting place smell like bathroom in the room and by the pool on the beach side We have to put towels by the bathroom doors because the smell was to strong. We got sick with those terrible sewer smell "

"The room was dirty and smelled of mold. A/C had pump inside room for water that made a ton of noise. Room had no window to outside but one to hall, hall lights shined in the room all night. Be aware extra $10 for the shuttle to airport. "

"The rooms are clean and nicely maintained, with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. However, the only downside is that there isn't much to do at night. Two nights are sufficient if you're planning to do some hiking, as there's nothing much beyond the view from the restaurant and hiking trails up the hill. The property doesn't have a pool for children, so my kids had little to do; they weren't particularly interested in the view. If you're bringing kids, be aware that there aren't many...

"Amazing staff, delicious food from the restaurant, beautiful infinity pool! Bed was pretty comfortable and the front desk brought us extra pillows upon request. If you pay when you book you have a better chance of getting the balcony room IF you reserved one. The balcony rooms are limited. Would definitely stay there again!"

"The menu needs updating. The room needs to put a more effort arranging the bed and use better cleaning supplies. The door handle of my room was working properly. The staff need to be attentive to the needs of customers. "
