"An outstanding stay! 🔝
From my first interaction with Diana at the front desk, whom I contacted before arrival to confirm a few details, all the way through check-out, everything was excellent. If you are looking for a pleasant stay, personalized attention, exceptional service, a convenient location, and a peaceful atmosphere, this is an excellent choice.
A very special mention goes to Diana, our concierge, who was consistently attentive to every detail and always willing to assist with...

Forget even trying to book an excursion because them make you sit for a 2 hour sales pitch. Then when you do go on something it’s like money trap that they want you to pay extra for...

"We went through Expedia to find a hotel for our family vacation. When we got there, the place was dead with only a few rooms rented. The beach was not usable and according to employees, not safe. After two days of returning with our room dirty, we complained to the front office staff who told us that the unit we were in was owned by a private person, and we need to contact them. That is where we realized that the units are owned by individuals that may or may not have a contract with management....
