"I had an exceptional stay at this family-run hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was truly heartfelt. The owner and his family welcomed us warmly and even offered complimentary confectionary items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The property itself is modern, newly built, and beautifully designed. Every detail—from the decor to the fixtures—feels fresh, stylish, and thoughtfully put together. It’s clear the family has invested a lot of care into creating a comfortable and visually appealing space for guests. The owner’s sons were incredibly helpful—always on their feet, assisting with breakfast and making sure every guest was looked after. One of his sons even walked with me personally to guide me to the Friday prayers, which was an extremely kind gesture that I’ll always appreciate. The breakfast had a good variety, and the entire family constantly checked in to see if we needed anything. Their respect, kindness, and accommodating nature made the experience feel very personal. In all my travels across Uzbekistan, this hotel stands out as one of the best in terms of customer service. Their dedication, modern facilities, and genuine care for guests make it a place I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area."

"Excellent location and the staff were great. They allowed us to check in early as soon as the room was ready. We had a long night travelling to Bukhara so the early check-in was very much appreciated. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Very tasty breakfast too. We would stay here again."

"Super close to everything in the area, beautiful location and decor, room itself was very nice as well. Staff was friendly and attentive , only downside was not being able to have breakfast because we didn’t know we had to reserve it in advance and I wish that was clarified 😭 "

"Arriving in Bukhara, the area around this hotel (located right near the Lyabi Hauz Pool), is stunningly beautiful. Fountains, trees, swans, restaurants, music, madrassas, you absolutely cannot beat this location in Bukhara. Right on the pedestrian only part of Bakhovaddin Nakshband Street, but only metres away from a taxi rank, it was actually a bit difficult to find. I'm not sure if their sign was missing, but it is immediately next to the Classic Cafe Coffee House, so if you can't find it, just ask there. A comfortable stay and a good buffet breakfast. It was a bit of a walk to the Ark, but it was a very enjoyable walk with things to see all along the way. I was quite surprised at how great Bukhara is. For a touristy place, they do tourism right."
