It’s clear the family has invested a lot of care into creating a comfortable and visually appealing space for guests. The owner’s sons were incredibly helpful—always on their feet, assisting with breakfast and making sure every guest was looked after. One of his sons even walked with me personally to guide me to the Friday prayers, which was an extremely kind gesture that I’ll always appreciate. The breakfast had a good variety, and the entire family constantly checked in to see if we needed anything. Their respect, kindness, and accommodating nature made the experience feel very personal. In all my travels across Uzbekistan, this hotel stands out as one of the best in terms of customer service. Their dedication, modern facilities, and genuine care for guests make it a place I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area."
