Being just a few minutes away from Kyoto station is awesome! The staff genuinely care and try to make sure everything goes swimmingly! My check in I was completely lost but the desk literally had seen my name before and were prepared for me! Thats service! Also if you lose you hotel key its ridiculously easy to get a replacement when i visit again ill...

"Stayed at 3 different hotels during my trip and this one was my favorite. Nice location with just a 2-mins walk from Kyoto station. 711 is connected to the lobby. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable PJs. Nice shower with very hot water and good water pressure. Fast wifi and tons of info on the TV and the website. The only area that could be improved is the laundry room. There was no trash can, and I found some leftover trash in the washer from the previous user. The dryer also wasn’t very...

"Outstanding hotel. I haven't been to all hotels in Kyoto but this hotel was by far the best one i have been to. Even though it is located in downtown Kyoto it has a very tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. It is quiet in the room which is good when you want to sleep. Breakfast is great and the lounge is nice. It is a good place where you can relax in the evenings. "
