"Check in - friendly, helpful, moves fast enough. Sauna opens on check in, so its not full in the afternoon but busy at night Rooms - clean and nice. We had the 2 singles and 1 queen, and it was like a 2 bedroom suite. Rooms are not big, so if you have a lot of luggage, it will be tight. But, they use the space very very well, with a lot of convenient extras (i.e, baskets for your sauna trip, water and snacks in fridge, cubbies) Food Breakfast buffet is great. "Best place for solo female traveller to stay if u wanna go around gion-uji-biwa area. It’s located infront of main road and it’s easy to spot the hotel. It’s also easy to bring your luggage from sanjo station. The room space is spacious and i really wanted to extend my stay for one day but i have other plans."
