"Excellent location close to the beach and attached to a retail centre with restaurants and supermarkets. Numerous bars and eateries within a 200m radius. Pool deck a bit small but attached underground complimentary parking a real plus. Highly recommended."

"I used to use the Hilton in central Durban it now that’s switched hands I come to this one instead. Very safe to walk to the beach one mile away Walkable to the gateway shopping mall (700 meters). Staff excellent and very helpful. Lovely little well Maintained gym and outdoor pool area. Undercover parking for less than a few USD per night. Happy hour each night for three hours and awesome TV in room with loads and loads of domestic and international channels. Definitely well worth the money."

"Schönes geräumiges Zimmer für drei Personen. Das Personal im Restaurant war super freundlich und auf Zack. Die Rezeption konnte das Niveau leider nicht halten. Hier hätten wir uns ein freundlicheres Willkommen gewünscht. Da wir sehr früh vor Ort waren, war das Zimmer verständlicherweise nicht fertig. Leider gab es außer einem „sie können sich auf der Anlage aufhalten“ keine weiteren Infos. Hier wären Hinweise zum gerade stattfindenden Lunch oder für kurze Spaziergänge hilfreich...

"Hotel advertises 24 hour airport shuttle...not true. They do not have a shuttle, you have to pre-arrange with a 3rd party contractor and it iscexpensive. Deceptive advertising"
