"It took an Hour and 15mins during which 5 calls were made to the front desk & all the guy at the front desk Zakhele had to say is that his job is to transfer the call to the laundry then they'll deliver the iron. After all that time my partner walked to the front desk on our own accord in order to get an iron. If delivery of the iron was the issue we could have been informed, so that we could go fetch it!
